Administrative Directorates
MEMBERSHIP ENROLLMENT DIRECTORATE
The Directorate of Membership Enrollment is responsible for the development and management of all aspects of YEEC’s Membership. The Directorate manages the work flow and internal processes of members and evaluates membership services and benefits.
The Directorate is equally saddled with the responsibility of setting up an effective retention strategy and management of annual membership renewal processes.
TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION / RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT DIRECTORATE
The Directorate of Training and Certification/ Research and Development plans, coordinates, trains and and issues certification in conjunction with trainer partners for concluded programs.
The Directorate assesses the knowledge, skills set gap, training needs of YEEC members in collaboration with the Directorate of Membership and develops training programs that align with YEEC strategic goals.
The Directorate also liaises and seeks the support of Government institutions, Corporate entities and professional associations for professional certification of its members.
INTERNSHIP/EMPLOYMENT DIRECTORATE
The Directorate of Internship and Employment manages YEEC’s career services as it assists all student Members and Graduates in the search and pursuit of internship and employment opportunities in Nigeria and Africa in conjunction with the deans of faculties of Universities.
SCHOLARSHIP/EMPOWERMENT DIRECTORATE
The Scholarship/Empowerment Directorate supervises the administration and management of YEEC’s scholarship portfolio. The Directorate creates awareness for YEEC scholarship program and canvasses scholarship funds in Nigeria and abroad.
This Directorate oversees the annual scholarship application and selection processes ranging from advertisement, recruitment and eligibility review.
The Directorate ensures transparency and merit in the selection processes at all time.
DIRECTORATE OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
This Directorate caters for enrolled entrepreneurs under YEEC business development scheme through the provision of effective and relevant linkages for their existing businesses.
The Directorate also organizes coaching programmes for aspiring entrepreneurs by training them on business finance, writing of viable business plan and financial analysis & forecasting.
DIRECTORATE OF PROGRAMMES
This Directorate coordinates programme options, secures resources and expertise as well as designs, schedules and executes YEEC programmes and their deliverables.
Programmes Directorate is an interface between YEEC programme participants and YEEC management.
The Directorate effectively brokers relationships with YEEC members and stakeholders within and outside YEEC programmes in a bid to ensure that all YEEC programmes are relevant and can positively impact persons and communities in Nigeria and Africa.
