YEEC Africa has identified that a pressing issue affecting the employability of many graduate engineers, technologists, technicians and craftsmen/ artisans is the lack of practical knowledge and experience which is, often times, not garnered appreciably in conventional institutions on learning on the Africa continent. This has prompted us into organizing an electrical and mechanical engineering training programme tailored at preparing interested individuals for employment opportunities (in the national and international market place), self-employment,  skills upgrade for practicing craftsmen, technicians, technologists, engineers, contractors, consultants, facility managers and an array of business men and women in Africa.

Aim

The aim of YEEC Africa Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Training is to raise sufficient indigenous manpower with the practical know-how to drive operations and foster innovation in the electrical and mechanical engineering field.

Objectives
a) To raise fifty thousands (50,000) skilled electrical and mechanical engineers on the Africa continent on an annual basis.
b) To impact tangible skills to individuals as a tool for creativity, global impact and wealth creation.
c) To foster the emergence of new startup companies, products and services.
d) To encourage homegrown content as well as bringing the African continent in the limelight in the field of electrical and mechanical engineering.
